Having started out from home in June 2003 selling through our local farmers' markets, word of mouth gradually spread and followers of this blog will know that our move into the eggshed will let us make more for you hungry lot. Well combined with this move is the decision incorporate the business so we will become, from October 1st 2008 The Handmade Scotch Egg Company Limited. Nothing changes as far as the day to day running of the Business with Penny and Neil doing just as many hours so don't panic ... just keep an eye open for the new logo:
